IDBI Bank Specialist Officer भर्ती के लिए चयन प्रक्रिया निम्नलिखित चरणों में पूरी होगी:

1. Shortlisting (प्रारंभिक स्क्रीनिंग): आयु, शैक्षणिक योग्यता और कार्य अनुभव के आधार पर आवेदनों की छंटनी की जाएगी।
2. Selection Rounds: शॉर्टलिस्टेड कैंडिडेट्स को Group Discussion (GD) और/या Personal Interview (PI) के लिए बुलाया जाएगा।
3. Document Verification (DV): आवश्यक मूल दस्तावेजों की जांच की जाएगी।
