Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC), Ajmer ne Home Department (Prosecution) ke antargat Non-Scheduled Area aur Scheduled Area me Assistant Prosecution Officer (APO) – सहायक अभियोजन अधिकारी ke padon par direct recruitment ke liye official detailed advertisement notification jari kar diya hai. Assistant Prosecution Officer bharti  Rajasthan Prosecution Subordinate Service Rules ke tehat kul 371 posts ko bhara jayega. Eligible and interested candidates commission ke official SSO portal ke madhyam se 08 June 2026 se 07 July 2026 tak online apply kar sakte hain. Law degree (LL.B.) aur Devnagri script Hindi evam Rajasthani dialects ka knowledge rakhne wale candidates ke liye Rajasthan sarkari naukri pane ka yah ek utkrisht avsar hai. RPSC APO Recruitment 2026 Ka Selection Preliminary (Objective) aur Written Main (Subjective) examination ke high merit score ke aadhar par kiya jayega.

⚠️ RPSC New OTR Blocking Rule (09.05.2025 Order):

• Agar koi candidate ek financial year (01 April se 31 March) me aavedan karne ke baad 02 Bharti Exam me Absent rehta hai, toh unke online apply karne ki OTR facility ko Block (प्रतिबन्धित) kar diya jayega.
• OTR facility ko fir se Unblock karne ke liye candidate ko Rs. 750/- ka jurmana pay karna padega.
• Agar usi financial year me dobara do exams me absent rahe, toh OTR fir se block ho jayega aur use unblock karne ke liye Rs. 1500/- pay karne honge.
• Note: Agar aap exam me nahi baithna chahte, toh RPSC window open hone par apna application form **Withdraw** zaroor kar lein, taki aapko absent na mana jaye.

1. Essential Academic Criteria (Law Degree):

• Candidate ke paas Bharat me kanoon dwara sthapit kisi recognized University se Degree in Law (Professional) ya integrated Law Course complete hona chahiye.

• Candidate ko Devnagri script me likhi Hindi ka working knowledge hona chahiye aur Rajasthan ki dialects evam social customs ki sateek jankari honi chahiye.

• **Crucial Cut-off Qualification Rule:** RPSC APO bharti me application ki last date (i.e. 07 July 2026) tak candidate ke paas professional Law Degree parit honi chahiye (Last year appearing candidates jo last date tak qualification criteria complete nahi karenge ve apatr mane jayenge).

2. Pay Scale & Probation Remuneration:

• Selected Assistant Prosecution Officer (APO) ko pay scale matrix Level L-11 (Grade Pay – 4200/-) ke tehat salary milegi.

• Rajasthan state rules ke anusar probation period ke dauran niyate monthly consolidated basic salary (Fixed Pay) di jayegi.

▶ Charon-I: Preliminary Examination (Objective Type)

• Exam Nature: Objective Multiple Choice (MCQ) Computer or OMR based exam. Iske marks final selection merit list me count nahi honge.
• Syllabus weightage: **70% Weightage** criminal law subjects ko diya jayega aur **30% Weightage** English aur Hindi languages proficiency test ko diya jayega.
• RPSC OMR 5-Options Crucial Rules:

  • OMR Sheet me pratyek question ke **5 Options (1, 2, 3, 4, 5)** honge. Sahi answer par BLUE ball point pen se bubble black karna hoga.

  • Agar aap koi question attempt nahi kar rahe hain, toh **5th option (bubble ‘5’)** ko compulsory dark karna hoga.

  • Agar candidate ne kisi bhi circle ko check/dark nahi kiya aur bubble 5 bhi blank chhod diya, toh pratyek aise un-attempted question par **1/3 Marks** ki penalty (Negative Marking) ke tehat marks deduct kiye jayenge.

  • Jo candidates total questions me se **10% se adhik questions** me koi bhi bubble (bubble 1 to 5) dark nahi chhodenge, unhe **Disqualified (अयोग्य)** ghoshit kar diya jayega. Extra bubble checking ke liye **10 Minutes** additional time milega.

▶ Charon-II: Main Examination (Subjective Written Type)

Prelims qualify karne wale candidates (pratyek categorywise vacancies ke 15 times candidates) ko written Mains examination ke tehat do papers me baithna hoga:

• Minimum Qualifying Cut-off Marks: Written exam ke pratyek paper me **Minimum 40% Marks** laana mandatory hai (SC & ST candidates ko rules ke tehat **5% relaxation** milega yani unhe minimum 35% marks secure karne honge).
• No Interview: Is Subordinate Prosecution Service bharti me koi bhi interview aayojit nahi hoga. Slection completely Written Mains exam marks par aadharit hoga.

1. Sabse pehle RPSC ki official website https://rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in par visit karein ya direct SSO Rajasthan portal https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in open karein.
2. SSO Portal login karke **Citizen Apps (G2C)** me se **Recruitment Portal** par click karein.
3. Agar aapne One Time Registration (OTR) nahi kiya hai, toh Aadhar/JanAadhar ke madhyam se KYC process completed karein (Aadhar details matriculation certificate ke name-DOB se perfectly match honi chahiye).
4. Apne signature aur valid thumb impression upload karein (SSO automatic live photo capture karega, captures confirm hone par hi proceed karein).
5. Syllabus application preferences Non-Scheduled Area/Scheduled Area ke anurup fill karein.
6. Category wise OTR fee pay karein (E-Mitra, credit/debit card, ya UPI se online pay ho jayegi).
7. Form final check karne ke baad submit click karein, aur **Application Number** dynamic slip save karke print out nikal kar safe rakh lein.
